They were installing numerous upgrades which included new home theatre equipment, an additional floor, large window brackets to comply with earthquake codes, and plumbing and electrical throughout. The contractor contacted us to locate rebar, conduits, and radiant heating tubes under the slab prior to upgrading the structure in order to minimize any damage to these original installations.
