GPR Used at Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital – Camp Pendleton, California

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, Inc. (GPRS) was able to utilize ground penetrating radar to investigate and locate conduits in a concrete slab and utilities several feet beneath the slab. GPRS used two antennas to locate important objects in the slab and in the ground to clear a path for a client’s saw cut in a kitchen at Camp Pendleton’s Naval Hospital kitchen. This information saved the client money that they would have had to spend on repairing many undetected conduits and utilities. GPRS was able to give the client the valuable information that they needed within two hours of the clients initial request for service. GPRS utilizes the most cutting-edge and up-to-date GSSI GPR equipment which emits no radiation and presents no safety hazards to the client or environment. Findings can be marked directly on the surface of the object being scanned with no wait time for processing or developing. GPRS can help you locate post-tension cables, rebar, conduits, and underground utilities prior to core drilling, saw-cutting, or trenching.
