GPRS Called to Locate Unmarked Graves - Oxnard, California

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, Inc. (GPRS) was recently called to locate possible unmarked graves for the installation of a new apartment building in Oxnard, CA. The client had old records showing that no graves should have existed on the property that was going to be renovated. GPRS was able to come and confirm that the records were in fact accurate after marking several potential areas of concern. Often times, grave yards especially from the early 1900’s may not have excellent records or property owners and buyers may need to verify the absence of unmarked graves on their land. GPRS has worked with many clients towards this end and it has saved some clients from the disaster of disturbing someone’s loved one. Nobody wants unmarked graves to accidentally be disturbed from the renovator’s side to the family’s side so if there is any question or uncertainty let GPRS help verify what is in the ground.

GPRS utilizes the most cutting-edge and up-to-date GSSI GPR equipment which emits no radiation and presents no safety hazards to the client or environment. Findings can be marked directly on the surface of the object being scanned with no wait time for processing or developing. GPRS can help you locate post-tension cables, rebar, conduits, and underground utilities prior to core drilling, saw-cutting, or trenching. Please contact Ground Penetrating Radar Systems - GPRS to learn how we can assist with your project. GPRS has offices throughout the entire state including Los Angeles and San Diego.
