Hickman Mechanical at UCR

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems recently completed a project for Hickman Mechanical at UCR in Riverside, California.  Hickman Mechanical needed to core several holes through a masonry wall and wanted to ensure no rebar was hit.  Ground Penetrating Radar Systems was quickly able to locate all of the rebar within the wall and clearly mark them on the surface.  Additionally, there were electrical conduits that were located.

Ground Penetrating Radar is ideal for precise location of rebar & post-tension cables prior to saw cutting and/or core drilling, locating of electrical conduits, detection of sub-surface voids and utilities, and detection of underground storage tanks.
